KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to guide and mentor early childhood staff, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment across centers nationwide. You will collaborate with families and center leadership to support enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong English communication, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and a CDA credential (or NAEEYC candidacy). We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, community partners
