KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor a classroom team, implementing our curriculum while adapting to each child's needs. You will foster a safe, engaging environment, partnering with families to ensure high-quality early education.

The role supports center goals and community engagement in a dynamic, nationwide network. Ideal candidates bring CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and a preferred state trainer certification.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; work with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
