Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor early childhood educators, implement our curriculum with attention to each child’s needs, and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will partner with parents to deliver high-quality care and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires CDA credential or NAEYC candicacy, state trainer approval preferred, and 2–3 years of ECE experience, with a Bachelor’s in ECE preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candicacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community and partners.
