KinderCare Learning Companies is looking for a dedicated Teacher to guide and nurture young learners at our centers. You will lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children.

We seek candidates with CDA/NAEYC credentials, 2–3 years of ECE experience, a BA in ECE if possible, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required (or pursuit).
• Approved state trainer is preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and be active with children.
• English reading/writing/speaking for parent communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
