Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers in the United States. You will lead classrooms, model best practices, and partner with families to deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking ability.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
