Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Orlando is seeking a passionate Teacher to guide and support young learners in a dynamic classroom.

You will lead, implement the center’s curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and quality goals while upholding licensing standards.

You will mentor less experienced staff and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field is required.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CDA credential or state trainer approval is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and model best practices.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum respecting each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by engaging with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
