Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher in Orlando, FL. You will lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum to fit each child’s needs, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment.

Engage with parents to deliver high-quality care and education, support center goals, and build strong community ties with staff and external partners. This role emphasizes growth in early childhood education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Capability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
