Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC in Orlando, FL is hiring a full-time Teacher in our early childhood program. You will lead, mentor, and implement curriculum to create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will partner with families, support enrollment goals, and work with center staff to achieve program quality and accreditation. Requires CDA or state credentials, 2–3 years ECE, and English proficiency.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensors, community contacts and corporate partners.
