Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher in Orlando to guide and support a classroom of young learners. You will mentor less-experienced teachers, implement our curriculum to meet each child's needs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.

You will collaborate with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and student engagement while building strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
