Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support families and nurture confident learners in our early childhood classrooms. You’ll implement curriculum, create a safe, engaging environment, and partner with parents to foster development.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organizational skills, and CDA credentials (or meet NAEYC candidacy). 2–3 years ECE experience and state qualifications are preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NA EYC candidacy in progress (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community contacts.
