KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in our early childhood classrooms, implementing the curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with families, support enrollment and program goals, and collaborate with center staff to deliver high‑quality care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of ECE experience, a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education if possible; CPR/First Aid, lifting 40 pounds, and English

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to support the best care and education for their children
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners
