Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to guide young learners through early literacy and social development. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, welcoming classroom, and partner with families to support each child’s progress and well‑being every day.

The role requires a CDA credential (or NAEYC candidacy), a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
