KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Classroom Teacher to lead, mentor, and support early childhood education in our Irving, TX centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with families to foster child growth and engagement.

We value experienced teachers with CDA or NAECY candidacy, state trainer preferred, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to meet state qualifications. Join our team to help children learn and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
