Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and deliver our curriculum with care. You will create a safe, engaging environment and partner with parents to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications include CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years in early childhood education. This on-site Texas role offers growth, teamwork, and meaningful impact across centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
