Job summary

Bellevue Public Schools Foundation Kids’ Time provides a safe, supportive, and engaging before- and after-school setting where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally while having fun.

Support Staff work under Site Directors to supervise children, lead activities, and help maintain a licensed program environment. This part-time role emphasizes active supervision, positive behavior guidance, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Previous experience with children preferred.
• Background checks required (Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect Registry, General Background Check, FBI fingerprint check for 18+).
• Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and actively engage them during program hours.
• Lead engaging activities and maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Assist with planning, setup, and cleanup of daily activities and snack times.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols per staff training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with families and staff.
• Be flexible across sites and develop positive relationships with families and district personnel.
