Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and strong computer/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise after school and summer academic and enrichment activities.
• Coordinate use of building facilities when participants are on site.
• Act as liaison between teachers and after-school staff for communication and concerns.
• Implement a tracking system to collect academic records for students in the program.
• Assist in data collection and analyses for program evaluation.
• Develop a calendar for after-school and summer programs and budget outlines.
• Provide training and development for program staff.
• Collaborate with school committees and advisory bodies on program matters.
• Arrange travel for staff to attend off-site in-services.
• Order materials and manage inventory within approved budget.
