We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time Site Supervisors for our After School Program at Highland Falls Intermediate School in Highland Falls, NY.

PAY: $15.75 per hour

JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead hands-on activities following our Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework help.
2. Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment where children can thrive and look up to you as a role model.
3. Assist the Site Director with attendance, registration, staffing, and act as the person in charge when the Director is absent.
4. Communicate regularly with parents and families via the Playground App to share updates and moments.
5. Follow OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and school rules diligently.
6. Meet with the Director periodically to discuss issues, make decisions, and strategize.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of experience working with children under 13.
• OR School-age Child Care Credential or similar credential with one year of relevant experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Child Development, Education, Recreation, or related field.

Qualifications

• Healthy and able to pass a medical exam, including TB test.
• Warm, friendly, professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage actively with children.
