AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Northwest ISD seeks a Site Director to lead an after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and smooth operations for students and families.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, curriculum implementation, and licensing readiness while mentoring a site team and representing the company at school and community events.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or CDA in education.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Pay: Starting at $20.50 an hour, based on education

Hours: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time)
