AlphaBEST Education in Crandall, TX is seeking a Site Director for our after-school program. The role leads day-to-day operations, staffing, and curriculum delivery in a high-energy environment from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with part-time hours and starting pay at $20.50 per hour.

The Site Director ensures a safe, inclusive program, maintains licensing compliance, and builds strong relationships with families and school staff to support student growth and success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or CDA in education
• Flexible schedule to meet staffing needs
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting
• Must be able to complete a background check as required by licensing
• Provide proof of experience as required by licensing standards

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor site team, providing coaching and ensuring training
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
