Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Sanger, TX seeks an after-school Site Director to lead a high-energy program from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will manage daily site operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety, licensing compliance, and a high-quality student/family experience.

Requirements include a BA/BS or CDA in education, a flexible schedule, and 3 years in a school-age setting. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.

Pay: Starting at $20.50 an hour, based on education

Hours: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time)
