Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee operations at assigned school-based programs before and after school. You will supervise staff, schedule activities, and help with administrative duties to ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth.

This role emphasizes youth development, teamwork, and the ability to organize quality activities, provide homework help, and maintain a positive, inclusive program space for students across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; AA/AS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in youth development.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of youth development stages.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to plan and implement quality activities for youth.
• Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe environment.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for overseeing operations at assigned elementary, middle, or high school before or after school programs.
• Supervise Youth Leader, develop and implement daily activities, schedule staff, and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure the safety and quality of the before/after school program in all aspects.
• Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development outcomes.
• Promote and stimulate program participation with members.
• Provide homework help and academic support.
• Effectively implement and administer services and activities for students.
• Ensure safety of students when implementing programs and activities.
• Maintain organized and clean program spaces.
