The Club’s impact extends throughout several sites across the Inland Empire, Redlands, and areas of the High Desert.
Directly responsible for overseeing operations at assigned elementary, middle, or high school before or after school programs.
Site Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of the Youth Leader, the development and implementation of daily activities, the scheduling of staff members, and assisting with administrative duties. They ensure the safety and quality of their before or after school program in all aspects.

Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, carts, sports equipment, etc. and reach overhead. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and multi task. The job requires about 85% walking and/or standing, and 15% office work and prepping site. This position will be in-person working at a school site. Exposure to noise. Will work inside and outside.
