Innovation Learning Inc. in Denver is seeking a dedicated Resilience Coach to create a safe, engaging environment where students build confidence, life skills and thrive. This hands-on role blends mentorship, enrichment, recreation and academic support with daily interactions during after-school hours.

You will lead enrichment activities, support homework, supervise safety, and collaborate with a site leadership team to deliver a positive learning experience for school-age children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Promote respect, responsibility, and resilience as a role model.
• Support students through positive behavior guidance and conflict resolution.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
• Help students develop social-emotional and leadership skills.
• Assist with daily program setup and cleanup.
• Support student check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
• Maintain an organized, safe learning environment.
