Job summary

Innovation Learning is hiring a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 School Year at the Thornton Central Elementary School site in Thornton, NH. The role runs Monday through Friday from 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM, with full-week availability required.

As a hands-on mentor, you will deliver enrichment, recreation, and academic support, helping students build confidence and life skills in a safe, engaging environment. Prior youth experience and strong communication are valued, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children in schools, childcare, camps, or youth programs preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team; positive attitude and patience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Promote respect, responsibility, and resilience as a role model.
• Support students with positive behavior guidance and conflict resolution.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
• Develop social-emotional and leadership skills.
