Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Educators at Ottawa Elementary School District. You will coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners while guiding daily operations and activities for before/after school programs.

You will oversee attendance processes, maintain records, and collaborate with site leadership to deliver engaging, safe, and compliant enrichment experiences for children.

Position Details

Pay Rate: $21-$26 per hour (based on education and experience)

Location: Ottawa Elementary School District

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Before School 6:30 am - 8:15 am and/or After School 2:45 pm - 5:30 pm
