Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Programs (ES/MS) to oversee elementary and middle school after‑school programs. The role manages regional teams, maintains budgets, and partners with districts to expand access and quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing multiple school sites.
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to coach Regional Managers and Site Coordinators.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
Ability to travel locally in Southern California for site visits.

Responsibilities

Supervise Regional Managers and Site Coordinators at after-school sites.
Maintain ADA targets; design plans to improve enrollment and quality.
Identify and develop emerging leaders.
Serve as primary contact for district administrators and schools.
Develop and maintain relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Streamline inefficient systems; focus on operations and scalability.
Lead long-term strategic planning for expansion and new opportunities.
Manage budgets with Regional Managers and Site Coordinators; track expenses monthly.
