Job summary

YSS, Inc. is seeking a Kids Club Director to oversee before- and after-school programs for K-6 students, including summer programming.

You will lead planning, staffing, scheduling, and delivery across sites, ensuring safe, enriching experiences and compliance with licensing and funding requirements. You will recruit and develop staff, manage program budgets, and collaborate with CYFD and community partners to create engaging, high-quality experiences that support positive youth development and

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in child development, elementary education, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supervising staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of before/after-school programs.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Ensure DHS licensing is current at all sites.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and fees.
• Provide reports to funders and advisory boards.
