Job summary

The Northern Middlesex YMCA is hiring a Site Director for its Kids’ Korner before/after school program. The role leads on-site childcare, staff supervision, and program operations at Middletown, Cromwell, and Portland sites to ensure safe and engaging youth activities.

You will plan diverse activities, supervise staff, communicate with parents, and coordinate with school personnel while maintaining records and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervise program staff and ensure policy is followed.
• Plan and provide age-appropriate activities and safety.
• Communicate with parents and document issues.
• Liaise with school personnel and coordinators.
• Provide staff evaluations and monthly feedback.
• Maintain program materials and safety standards.

Responsibilities
