Job summary

Prior Lake - Savage Area Schools is seeking a Kids' Company Assistant for the After School program at Glendale Elementary. This role supports the Site Leader to deliver a safe, engaging learning environment after school.

Work is 2.5 hours per day (3:30pm - 6:00pm). Pay ranges from $18.66 to $21.34 per hour, with district-commensurate terms. Immediate availability and a team-focused attitude are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old; 1 year experience with young children preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Confidentiality and district policies knowledge.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and carrying out daily activities.
• Engage children in games and activities; model positive behavior.
• Maintain supplies and communicate needs to Site Leader.
• Attend meetings and trainings; promote teamwork and customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
