Job summary

Under the After School Program Coordinator, you will enforce policies, document incidents, and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, respectful, Christian environment for elementary-aged students.

Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Two years experience working with elementary age children preferred.
• First Aid/CPR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and supervision for a specified group of students as directed by the coordinator.
• Familiarize yourself with program policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Maintain professional interactions with students and parents in a Christian context.
• Assist with program setup, cleanup, building security, and recording-keeping.
• Document significant incidents and communicate with parents/guardians as required.
• Be aware of reporting obligations regarding child safety concerns.
• Follow established student supervision and classroom management policies.
