Qualifications

• High Diploma with relevant experience in working with school-age children/youth development.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements and background screening.
• Must pass Texas DPS fingerprint-based screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise after-school activities and ensure the safety of each child.
• Support faith-based mission and adhere to school policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with parents as needed.
• Prepare materials, assist with meals, and supervise clean-up.
• Enforce discipline per program policies and document incidents.
