Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with school-aged children (3–14) in organized settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to supervise other caregivers and lead trainings.
• Must complete Virtus training and maintain online refreshers.
• Pass background checks and drug tests.
• Knowledge of childhood development and ability to lift and move children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EDP staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Manage timecards and assist with staff meetings and trainings.
• Plan daily schedules including snacks, homework, and play.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and orderly environment.
• Communicate with families and staff about schedules and rules.
• Monitor student engagement and handle discipline with principal involvement.
