Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in ECE/Teaching preferred.
• Experience with youth programs is preferred (1+ years).
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the 21st Century Teacher and Site Supervisor to deliver activities.
• Prepare activity sheets and lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Document attendance, achievement, and behavior for program review.
• Monitor and report on academic and behavioral impact of activities.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and enforce policies.
• Complete required documentation for program evaluation.
• Participate in required trainings and staff development.
• Create and share media materials (brochures, flyers, social media).
