Qualifications

• Associates degree or 48 college credits; substitution allowed with relevant coursework or experience.
• Four (4) years of related experience including organizing activities, hiring and supervising instructors, working with families and diverse populations.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with email and computer software including Windows, Office, Google Suite, Canva, and web-based data systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee the ASP at the school site.
• Implement ASP according to district, agency, and grant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for staff hiring/payroll and grant evaluation.
• Provide orientation and training for ASP staff.
• Facilitate partnerships with public and private agencies to serve students and families.
• Represent the program to diverse audiences and ensure confidentiality.
