Job summary

Cobb County School District is seeking an ASP Director to provide leadership and coordination for the After School Program. The role reports to the Principal and oversees daily operations, staffing, enrichment activities, and safety within the ASP.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), CPR/First Aid certification, and 3 years in education with supervision experience. This is an on-site, full-time role under the ASP5 pay grade with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Georgia teaching certificate preferred; CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 3 years' experience in education or related field with at least 1 year supervising care of children.

Responsibilities

• Oversees After-School Program operations and staff.
• Plans enrichment activities and schedules instructors.
• Ensures snacks and supplies meet program requirements.
• Maintains payroll timesheets and financial records.
• Communicates with parents and documents program activities.
