NDI New Mexico is seeking a Hiland Program Producer to administer all aspects of the Hiland after-school program and align with the organization’s mission. The role works under the Hiland Artistic Director to ensure excellence in education and program delivery.

• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administrates After-School Program.
• Oversees administration of after-school and summer programs.
• Manages student accounts, attendance, and record-keeping.
• Processes payments and payroll for Hiland hourly staff.
• Coordinates with Hiland Artistic Director and Marketing for advertising needs.
• Maintains student database and generates reports.
• Represents program to families and community.
