Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Site Coordinator - Program Manager to lead before/after school programs with a focus on safe, engaging activities for students. The role coordinates staff, maintains attendance and licensing standards, and communicates with families and partners to ensure smooth program delivery.

The position offers a pay rate of $25-27/hr based on education and experience, with shifts before and after school Monday to Friday. Washington state requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 12 credits minimum of an 100+ level college courses.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards while coaching staff and maintaining policies.
• Safety Assurance: support safety protocols and mitigate risks within the program.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children regularly.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain accurate attendance and check-in/out records.
• Daily Routine: implement activities and curriculum to ensure a safe, engaging environment.
