Job summary

Right At School in Virginia is seeking a Program Manager to lead our before- and after-school extended day program teams. You will ensure safe, engaging activities, coordinate staff, and uphold licensing standards while delivering our mission to inspire a love of learning and provide families peace of mind.

You will drive daily operations, manage attendance protocols, communicate with families and partners, and implement program curricula with a focus on safety and joy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development.
• Strong written and spoken communication with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Model professional standards with students, families, staff and community.
• Maintain attendance protocols and safety procedures.
• Coach and support staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities and curriculum while ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
