Job summary

YMCA of Collier County seeks a Site Director to lead the After School Program for school-aged children (K-5th). You will supervise counselors, ensure YMCA and Florida DCF standards are met, and report to the Family Services Director.

The role supports both part-time after-school coverage 2-6:30pm and full-time shifts when school is not in session. The ideal candidate will have ECE credentials, CPR/First Aid, a positive leadership style, and a dedication to creating a safe, engaging program for

Qualifications

• Must meet DoCF standards for after-school programs.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Completion of 45 Hour Child Care course required by Florida.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all aspects of the After School Program.
• Supervise and schedule staff and maintain ratios.
• Maintain written records for all enrolled children.
• Communicate with parents and school staff on schedule changes.
