Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; childcare/youth development training or 1 year experience in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and engagement of children in the group.
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities aligned with the program theme.
• Provide homework assistance and support academic progress.
• Follow approved lesson plans and adapt to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents regularly.
• Attend parent/family events as designated by supervisor.
