Qualifications

• Program Development & Implementation: Assist in creating, planning, and implementing outcome-based programs aligned with grant goals and youth development.
• Grant & Program Compliance: Administer and document all grant-funded programs to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Youth Supervision & Engagement: Ensure a safe, positive environment and provide homework assistance and tutoring.
• Operations & Communication: Support site safety, facility upkeep, and communicate with staff and parents.
