Job summary

Boys-&-Girls-Club-of-Greater-Northwest-Indiana-In is hiring a Kidstop Site Coordinator for multiple locations in Valparaiso area. This part-time role covers morning and after-school hours at several schools (Valparaiso area).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some college coursework preferred.
Experience working with youth is desirable.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcome-based youth programs.
Encourage member participation in all programs, events, and activities.
Administer and track grant-funded programs with documentation and reporting.
Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
Provide tutoring and academic support to members.
Lead activities in education, arts and crafts, recreation, and fitness.
Assist the Coordinator with facility safety and operations.
Communicate successes and challenges to the Director and attend required meetings.
