Job summary

Right At School is seeking a part-time Head Teacher in New Jersey to lead after-school programming, mornings and afternoons, on-site at partner schools. You will supervise staff, deliver engaging Disguised Learning activities, and partner with school personnel to create a safe, enriching environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus coursework in child development and a teaching certification or related credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising others.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs.
