Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences and mentor students. You will work closely with the Site Coordinator to supervise, guide, and support diverse activities across academic, arts, sports, and enrichment programs.

You will develop lesson plans, maintain attendance, recruit participants, support events and field trips, and help cultivate an inclusive environment that fosters confidence, teamwork and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise students, maintain attendance records and safety.
• Recruit students, support events and field trips.
• Build positive relationships and mentor students.
