Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking anAfter School Worker in Jackson, MS to lead activities, tutor, and supervise children in an after-school program. You will plan age-appropriate activities, supervise play, and ensure safety and well-being in a caring, faith-based environment.

Responsibilities include preparing snacks, assisting field trips, maintaining records, and supporting teachers with behavior guidance. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; CPR/First Aid

• Maintains records (attendance, progress, discipline) and reports incidents promptly.
• Transport coordination and ensuring security of children during program time.
