Applitrack is seeking an After-School Worker at East Jackson Elementary School to assist with implementing a quality program that enriches students academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. You will work with students after school, model positive behavior, and help lead activities.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe learning environment, guiding children, supervising snack and outdoor play, and assisting with day-to-day needs. The position pays $12.00 per hour.

• Experience working with children in after-school settings.
• Ability to maintain a safe, educational environment.
• Strong interpersonal and behavior-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with students in after school activities and assist with behavior management, discipline, interpersonal actions, and act as a role model.
• Maintain a safe and educational learning environment for young children by successfully implementing daily program activities.
• Lead children in activities.
• Supervise snack and outdoor play.
• Assist children with day to day needs.
• Other duties as appropriate and assigned.
