Job summary

West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District’s Community Education is seeking an EDP Group Leader for an anticipated full-time split-shift role in West Windsor, NJ. The position reports to the EDP Site Supervisor/Program Administrator and offers a 10-month salaried schedule with hours 7:00–9:00 a.m.

and 2:30–6:30 p.m. Responsibilities include developing after-school activities aligned to district goals, leading curriculum ideas, ensuring safe, engaging programming, and coordinating monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or will be working toward completion with 15 credits in education and/or related subjects.
• Minimum of three years experience related to school age programming.
• Leadership skills and ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision and manage projects.
• Uphold the district’s vision and mission while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an after school program that aligns with district goals.
• Initiate, coordinate, lead and evaluate new curricula ideas.
• Assist in evaluating quality of programming and make recommendations as necessary.
• Create monthly activity and snack calendars and submit them to the Program Administrator.
