Job summary

West Windsor - Plainsboro Regional School District is seeking an EDP Group Leader for a split shift (7:00 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:30 pm) in the Community Education program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or progress toward one with 15 education-related credits, and at least three years’ experience in school-age programming. Leadership, prioritization, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or working toward completion with 15 credits in education or related subjects.
• Minimum of three years experience related to school age programming.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an after-school program aligned with district goals.
• Lead and evaluate new curricula ideas with the Site Supervisor.
• Assist in budgeting, materials purchasing, and maintaining supplies.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment and effective communication with staff and parents.
• Supervise staff and students during program operations and full-day coverage.
