Qualifications

• : 6 months experience with children, including 3 months in a licensed program.

• : Desire to promote growth and development of students.
• : Consistent and on-time attendance required for supervision.

Responsibilities

• : Directly engage with students through conversation and group activities.
• : Supervise students at all times.
• : Adhere to all program policies and use positive behavior management.
• : Assist with age-appropriate activities daily.
• : Prepare and maintain the environment, indoor/outdoor activities, and housekeeping.
• : Communicate with parents daily regarding their child’s progress and wellbeing.
• : Support Site Coordinator and supervise assistants/volunteers.
• : Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings including CPR/First Aid.
• : Maintain relationships with school personnel and participate in professional development.
