Job summary

Florence Township Public School District is seeking an EDP Extended Daycare Site Supervisor/Caregiver for Riverfront and Roebling locations. The role combines caregiving with on-site supervision, guiding after-school activities from 2:20 to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will lead crafts and play, supervise other caregivers, and support day-to-day operations when the coordinator is absent.

EDP EXTENDED DAYCARE - SITE SUPERVISOR/CAREGIVER (1 at each location)

$20 per hour

2:20-6:00 pm - Riverfront School (to be determined)

2:45-6:00 pm - Roebling Elementary School (to be determined)

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and dedicated person to provide care for our afterschool students and oversee the program daily when the coordinator is not present. You will act as both a caregiver and site supervisor.

In this position, you will work with students Monday through Friday, overseeing/doing crafts, initiating play activities, supervising groups/caregivers and generally caring for the students, and aiding/overseeing the day‑to‑day care of our afterschool program.

MUST ENJOY AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN as well as excellent leadership skills, work ethic and communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
